1. Appointment Booking & Deposits

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

• A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

• Appointments scheduled Monday to Friday before 5pm will incur an additional charge of £10.

  Appointments booked after 5pm Monday to Friday or anytime on Saturdays will NOT incur any additional fee.

  This policy supports the business in managing increased daytime operating costs while continuing to offer flexible, accessible appointments. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book aesthetic treatments.

• A valid ID may be required for age verification before treatment.

• Nalani Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if age requirements are not met.

4. Medical & Consultation Requirements

• A consultation is required before certain treatments to assess suitability.

• You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect treatment outcomes.

• If you have had previous cosmetic procedures, please inform us during your consultation.

5. Refunds & Treatment Results

• Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, results vary from person to person.

• No refunds are given once a treatment has been carried out.

• We offer follow-up appointments and adjustments if required, subject to our professional assessment.

6. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the treatment or loss of deposit.

• Arriving late may shorten your treatment time or result in cancellation.

7. Safety & Right to Refuse Treatment

• Nalani Aesthetics prioritizes safety and reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for the client.

• We do not treat clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

• Photos may be taken before and after treatment for record-keeping and marketing purposes, but only with client consent.

9. Pricing & Policy Updates

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Klarna/ Finance Clients need to have their Finance application approved before the appointment has started or else the appointment is liable to be canceled.

• These terms & conditions may be updated periodically, and clients are responsible for reviewing them before booking.
